The best handicapped stall is at Disney's Hollywood Studios, just outside of the Rock'n'Rollercoaster. It is massive, like, you could easily park a 90s Corolla in it.

Since you are a dude you are not an offender (unless you use ladies restrooms) but almost every damn time my wife tries to use a restroom in a restaurant, all or most of the stalls are open except for the handicapped one. Of course she can't fit in the others.
